Slow Medicine: Stress Management

an experiential yoga workshop

Navigating life in our urban jungle requires a regular dose of Slow Medicine.

In this 2 hour experiential yoga workshop we will explore some key concepts about the nervous system, what stress & anxiety is really about. The relationship between your emotions and your health, and some tips to help you drop quickly and easily into a relaxation state. We start with a potent session of Embodied Movement to open up space in the body before moving into a sequence of intense Yin Yoga poses interspersed with Restorative Yoga bliss. Each restorative pose will be deepened with an essential oil massage facilitated by an RMT and a trained assistant. The ultimate goal is for you to float home.
