Danielle has been practicing yoga and meditation for the last 8 years. Yoga and meditation were her mainstays as she navigated a stressful corporate job in advertising for 6 years. Becoming a wellness professional was an obvious choice as she began to look for something beyond the corporate environment. 

Danielle is an inspiring teacher with a balanced eclectic classroom, both in style and music. You will love her classes if you like hands-on assists, a warm melodic voice, and the occasional quote. She is well versed in human anatomy, pose modification, and has weathered several injuries over the years, so can help you to strengthen and or modify to support your body. She has a penchant for the magical and is always ready to share a laugh or dive into a deep meaningful conversation. Megan Hoskins

Megan Hoskins is a 26 year veteran of yoga, a community activist, a highly sought after healer, and a mentor to new yoga teachers.  Known for her breath driven yoga classes and attention to anatomical detail, she seeks to incorporate self discovery, inquiry and play into every practice.

Megan's classes feel like a massage - a creative, challenging and uplifting massage delivered by a consummate pro. She is an authentic, face-forward teacher and her infectious love of yoga/movement will transform your life, inside and out.

After many years of studio ownership and working with "desk jockeys" she came to understand that the barrier to health is TIME (and sitting). Thus the spark of Ebb & Flow Movement Inc... a company created to remove all obstacles between you and a healthy, functional body.

Jamie Boer
RMT | Pilates Instructor

Over the last 7 years Jamie has built a thriving Massage Therapy practice in her hometown of Toronto. She prides herself on a massage style that is intuitive, grounding and uniquely hers. With a strong foundation in anatomy and the nervous system, Jamie works to deepen the mind-body connection to facilitate healing.

Jamie’s fascination in the form and function of the human body has lead to Pilates teacher training, Doula (birth support) work, and most recently teaching at one of Toronto’s most reputable Massage Therapy schools.

When she’s not in treatment you can find her going for long walks in High Park with her husband and their 2 rescue dogs, huddled over a pottery wheel at The Shop, or in her kitchen making a batch of her awesome handmade soap.

Massage Schedule: Saturdays + Sundays from 10am - 3pm | Mondays from 5pm - 8:30pm

Seanna Thomas is a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, Mom of three, and military wife. She works as a food educator for families, sports teams, and corporations’ as well, she is a public speaker, and media personality. She is a regular contributor to Triathlon Magazine Canada, GTHL Breakout, as well as multiple other publications. Although Seanna is educated in all aspects of nutrition, she focuses on realistic clean eating with a spotlight on healthy family habits. She is known online as the Nutritionnaire and can be found on twitter, facebook, and instagram. In her downtime, she enjoys being outdoors with her family and relaxing at home with her husband and a well-deserved glass of wine.
