Mindfulness meditation

Meditation enhances the flow of constructive thoughts and positive emotions in the brain. Just a few minutes spent meditating regularly can make a big difference in the activity in your prefrontal cortex, aka happy place in the brain. It helps to keep your memory sharp and increases your concentration.

Our team comes to you to lead your group in guided meditation sessions. Each in-person session includes a potent mindfulness technique, designed to give your team the tools they need to add mindfulness into their day. Week by week we will introduce new techniques and key concepts. These sessions are crafted to build and develop more resilience in the workplace, helping to manage and mitigate stress.

Our online only sessions will include a brief technique intro and a 20 minute guided mediation that can be accessed online or over conference call.
