Yin Yang with Dani Eve
This deeply meditative practice combines the surrender component of a Yin practice with a Yang practice that intelligently targets muscular action in important and potentially vulnerable joints to develop strength, stability, coordination and mobility. Throughout the class, we will isolate, activate, mobilize and integrate the body and then slowly release the fascial layer as we surrender and rest. Both components of class emphasize breath awareness and presence focusing on the slow, patient, opening of the fascial layer of the body. The flow is designed to remove chronic tightness which causes stiffness and inflexibility.
