Workshop with Megan Hoskins
This therapeutic practice starts with 30 minutes of full body foam rolling designed to open up space and nourish your muscles with foam roller magic. Then we will settle into a yin/restorative yoga practice exploring the natural rhythm of the season through movement, breath, and essential oil massage. We end the practice with a profound silent contemplation to reset and realign.
