with these eye exercises.

When we focus too long at a screen our eyes blink less, the vision gets blurry and we move closer to the screen. This can create neck pain, headaches and a Mr. Burns style posture. <- Simpsons reference alert!!!

Also, when we asked our friend JP Tamblyn to be our eye model we had no idea he could do these party tricks!

The Fix:
Sit with a long spine, shoulders away from the ears.
Relax the muscles in your eyes and face. 

Without moving your head, direct your gaze up toward the ceiling. Then slowly circle your eyes in a clockwise direction, tracing a BIG circle.
Do this three times, then close the eyes and chill. 
Repeat in a counterclockwise direction. 

Look at something far away, then at something very close

Now repeat the above exercises with one eye closed at a time.


Fun Fact:

Owls have eyeballs that are fixed in their skull.
This is why they have the ability to turn their head all the way around!
