QiGong Golf Swing
Not just for golfers, but soooooooo good for golfers! This move involves twisting through your spine and shifting your balance from foot to foot with stability, balance, and ease.
How to do it:
Start with a wide stance and press your palms together with your arms facing down. Be sure to match up your fingerprints and don’t let them shift or skew during the movement.
Swing your arms up to your right - keep your palms together!! Feel your hips pivot and your weight shift to your right foot as your back heel lifts.
Swing down and then up over your left shoulder - don’t let your arms skew!!
Shift slowly from side to side incorporating your breath in a way that feels good and spacious.
